That means flexible working hours (you can start your workday at 4:00 am or at lunchtime if you want), home office if possible, no time tracking. The only thing that matters is to find solutions, crack the problems and make the customers happy. We are a growing, international, owner-managed company with a focus on cool technology. Very importantly, there is no “upper class mentality” in CellSense’s management. We have an open ear for all team members.
